We’ve spent £30 million on our Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme – and it shows. We’ve recently won the People Management Award, which recognises our commitment to the programme, and our innovative approach to developing the next generation of railway engineers. It’s a huge investment in our future, aiming to deliver the highly-skilled technicians who will become the backbone of our company. The first year of the course takes place at HMS Sultan in Gosport – Europe’s largest engineering training facility. As well as learning and living alongside the Royal Navy, apprentices will share their state-of-the-art recreation and sports facilites. Combining personal development and tecnnical training, it’s your chance to gain all the skills you need for a highly successful career with Network Rail.
